Organizational sprawl leads to lots of lost time trying to find the correct people to contact about problems. It's unclear what benefit the board of directors brings to the company.

Senior Software Developer
Two Roblox games + CodeSignal before I was rejected. First game was analyzing data. The second game required creative thinking skills. It was very annoying as you needed a Roblox account for the application.
Senior Software Developer
Initial vetting by an in-house recruiter, then a screening call by the hiring manager, then 4 different hour-long technical interviews. (In their defense, these are usually done as part of a day-long on-site visit.)
Software Engineer
There were online testing assessments, then a couple of virtual coding assessments. I also had a few phone calls with representatives in preparation for the virtual interviews. Overall, it showed great insight into the company.
