- Great, positive company culture.
- People really seem to believe in what they're building.
- Flexible hours / PTO.
Sometimes things can get a little too political for my taste, but I guess that's to be expected.

The process started with regular behavioral phone interviews. This was followed by an online exam that took around two hours, before leading to another round of phone interviews. I did not make it to the onsite interview.
