I applied for the position online. I got a call from a hiring manager within maybe a week.
He called me in the morning and scheduled a telephonic interview for the afternoon on the same day.
He called me in the afternoon and asked me questions like "where would you see yourself in the next 5 years?" and "what is your greatest accomplishment till date?"
As I was answering, based on the response, he asked just one or two more questions.
Technical part--he just asked me whether I knew a few technologies like XML and .net which were present in the job description.
The call lasted for almost 15-20 minutes. He said he will follow up in two days. He did call me and tell me that I was not selected.
The person whom I spoke to was very friendly and seemed interested in talking to me. He sounded encouraging while I was answering the questions.
Where would you see yourself in the next 5 years?
