They conducted the phone interview. After clearing that, they set up a phone conference interview, which was purely technical. It was not that difficult. I did well.
After that, they called me for an on-site interview in Detroit. Four people interviewed me. They asked me to write the code for the problem. Then they asked me to write the test, which consisted of programming questions.
