- Honest banking that genuinely wants to help first-time buyers. Follows the spirit of fair lending policies, not just the letter of the law. You can feel good about what you produce.
Cons: - Strong culture that was carefully shepherded while Quicken Loans was private has melted significantly since going public as Rocket Mortgage. Original leaders are all gone now.
- Hostage to the mortgage market, which is currently in a serious slump.
