They assess your technical skills with either a HackerRank test or a brain teaser. There is no assessment of your knowledge of a technology stack.

There is no assessment of computer science fundamentals (e.g., abstraction, polymorphism, data structures, algorithms). Any discussion of your previous work experience or GitHub code has little bearing on the entire interview process.

Proceed with caution. If you interview here, do not let your time be wasted. If they want to assess your skills through HackerRank tests and brain teasers, then it would be advisable to steer clear.

In fact, you may want to prepare technical questions of your own and ask them of the developers who interview you. You have every right to assess their skills and knowledge as well.
