Honestly, don't waste your time on this company.
First, an HR call, then a HackerRank test. After that, one phone technical interview with two or three "Leaders" in the company (mostly stupid senior guys who don't know what they are doing).
Very bad experience with this phone interview. It started with short introductions – two men and one woman. Then they asked for my intro, questions on my resume, some Java questions, and then the BS questions started.
One guy asked me how I did unit testing in previous experience. I told him, but still, he seemed unconvinced. By the time this woman was sleeping, and after 10 minutes, she asked me the same question. I was pissed off.
When I was giving my answer, I was testing each software module and blah. She interrupted me and asked, "What do you mean by software modules? What is SW modules?" BS! If you don't know SW modules, then you should not be working in the software industry.
Honestly, I don't want to sound like I'm speaking from a racist or nationality point of view. But I'm also from the same country where all these three are from. However, these individuals didn't look professional at all. They looked like they were working for some IT services company in my country where no one cares if you have knowledge about Computer Science/Engineering.
Why did they come here? Really, don't waste your time with such "Leaders" of the company.
BS questions about Design Patterns and others.
