Overall, a very aloof interview process. I can't recall one person I actually admired or was excited to work with.
The first round consisted of three interviewers who asked you to implement an API wrapper in an IDE of your choosing, which ended somewhat awkwardly because I didn't even get to ask questions or share much of my background.
The second round was a group panel with some of the most snobbish and judgmental men and women I've ever met. Our conversations revolved around what my weaknesses were and how I would handle an aggressive manager or situation.
SMH... one person even condescendingly suggested I fix my depression after I shared with her that was something I was proudly working through. I know most interviews aren't "personal," but it honestly felt like everyone was being hypercritical of my perceived failures.
Anyways, I can already tell this is not the place to be if you care about your mental health or your well-being.
What is hilarious is they didn't even ask me a single question on software design or architecture throughout this process.
