The interview process was a 30-minute screening with the recruiter and a 1-hour technical and behavioral interview with the team members I'll be working with. During both interviews, the interviewers were ready with a systematic set of questions that assessed my overall personality and compatibility with the team. The focus was on knowing how I approach a problem and how I think when presented with an unusual situation. They wanted to make sure that I understand how important ISMs are for the company. Overall, it was a positive experience.
