I applied online, and a recruiter called me. We talked for about twenty minutes. The questions were pretty basic, and they tried to understand your achievements and goals.
Then, they moved me to another round of interview with another recruiter, and we talked longer, for about 30-40 minutes. The questions were pretty similar. It seemed like they wanted to understand my goals.
A week later, the recruiter that interviewed me the second time told me that they didn't have a position that would be appropriate for what I wanted to do, and they also said that they would reach out if anything else came up.
