I have seen similar reviews like this on Glassdoor, but I want to make sure this gets noticed and helps others when they apply to this company.

Firstly, the recruitment process at Quicken Loans is really bad. I'm not sure how this company is ranked among the best places to work if they won't let you work.

When you apply online, they call each and every individual and go over the process again. Then they let you know that there isn't any fit for you in the organization.

Firstly, what is my resume for? You can clearly see the number of years of experience I have. Why do you guys waste your time by calling every individual and then letting them know that they are not a fit?

The recruitment process needs to be changed!!
