Pros: No pros for this company

Cons: I wouldn't work here in a technical role. I was fired after reporting to HR that my racist manager was consistently discriminating against me. I honestly didn't see any pros to this company. - No support from management - Salaries are low relative to the market - Work hours are unreasonable - Benefits package is mediocre - No opportunity for advancement

Pros: Strong engineering talent, interesting technical problems, and opportunities to work across teams and systems. Individual managers and peers can be very supportive, and there is room to take on significant responsibility and visibility.

Cons: Career progression can feel unnecessarily difficult and opaque. In my experience, employees can perform above their current level, take on broader responsibilities, receive manager support for promotion, and still have promotion delayed because of calibration, changing expectations, or concerns that were not clearly communicated beforehand. The process can feel structured around finding reasons not to promote rather than defining a clear bar and rewarding employees once they meet it.

Pros: Some of the best colleagues that I’ve met are from this company, offering great work life balance and PTO.

Cons: Frequent layoffs have always been an issue.
