I had some aptitude tests, followed by a HireVue interview and a take-home assessment (72-hour time limit).
The problem was simple but with a twist.
The only drawback with this AI-first hiring method is that throughout this process, I never actually spoke with any humans. Sometimes, I wondered if this was just another scam.
