ML coding: high-dimensional data with naive interviewers. This involves pre-processing, modeling, and evaluations. More exercises are important.
There is no depth there. I believe the staff there still use the oldest techniques, and there is no need to expect them to dive deep into SOTA techniques and solutions.

Pros: Excellent people who are doing the real work.
Cons: The leadership has failed, is failing, or will fail their employees.
Useless and arrogant managers are maintained in high positions. Every day, they wield their power like clowns, lacking any solid ideas.
The rotten hierarchy will soon be visible to investors. Don't think the RSU or option can reach the price they promised to you.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.
