I liked the one-way video interview format. It was super convenient to do it on my own time, and I appreciated having a couple of minutes to think before answering each question.
The instructions were clear, and the interface was smooth, so there were no real technical issues.
That said, it did feel a bit impersonal at times. Talking to a screen without seeing or interacting with anyone on the other side made it a little harder to gauge my performance. I would have enjoyed a bit of back-and-forth to build some rapport or clarify things in real time.
Still, it was a good way to show how I think and communicate under light pressure.
