The individual contributors (ICs) were nice, friendly, and smart.
However, the C-level bar raiser round was ridiculous. They didn't seem to know much about business or the product. They repeatedly asked about the biggest challenge in my personal life.
Regarding working hours, they expect you to work at least 50-60 hours per week, or longer. They don't focus on what the company can offer; they only care about what you can bring to the company.
