Cons: Launch crunches suck sometimes, but hey free food helps!
Can't chill here and do nothing like my friends at Google brag about.

Pros: Rokt has a strong growth mindset and an amazing engineering culture. There are plenty of opportunities to grow your skills and take on new challenges.
The interview process was very smooth — the recruiter maintained clear communication and moved quickly between rounds. Feedback was timely and helpful. After receiving my offer, the company gave me enough time and space to make my decision, which I really appreciated.
Cons: The only downside is the in-office requirement — currently four days a week. It would be great to see a bit more flexibility for remote work.
