The process started out well. An initial screening call was followed up with a call with a developer.
After this, I was given a 20-minute general aptitude test and a small development assignment to complete on my own.
After about two weeks, I received a rejection with no further information or feedback.
I appreciated not being ghosted, at least. However, I got the impression that they would provide some feedback.
If you are asking candidates to spend approximately four hours on an assignment, I believe you can spare five minutes to provide feedback on that assignment.
I do not recommend interviewing for this company for this reason.
