I received a first call, where I mentioned that I wasn't a senior level. I also mentioned I was interested in a front-end role despite having a back-end background. They said it was okay, as there were many positions available.

After that, I received a coding test with 10 questions to be completed in 90 minutes, but the test was for a senior position and required the use of only a specific language.

I couldn't finish the whole test. The report from HR was very poor, without any real, actionable feedback.

The company states that completing the entire test isn't the most important factor, but their actions suggest otherwise.
