You will work with very smart, friendly, and humble people. No matter how smart you are, you will learn a lot from them.
There are many great perks (lunches, funded social clubs, technical and level-up allowance). There is a super-convenient office location (Sydney). There are regular surveys that allow upper management to detect issues in the organization, and they do put in real effort to fix them. It feels to me that Rokt becomes a better place to work every year.
Things change fast. If you like stability, this might not be your company.
Every couple of weeks, your team might have a different "number one priority". Some people call it "agility", some people call it "chaos".
Please do a retrospective if any of the past quarterly plans / KPIs gave you real value. Perhaps we need to explore a more "flow-driven" approach to planning?
There was no interviewing process. I was sent an email by an office manager, which was odd. That was simply unexpected, not title snobbery. The email instructed me to take a personality test. The test was timed and along the lines of your typical onl
A simple online interview with the team lead about my experience and a few technical questions. I applied for a junior role, but they changed it to a graduate role.
The interviewer at Rokt was very friendly, making the process relaxed and comfortable. The interview lasted about an hour and focused on technical questions. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant.
