Excellent people who are doing the real work.
The leadership has failed, is failing, or will fail their employees.
Useless and arrogant managers are maintained in high positions. Every day, they wield their power like clowns, lacking any solid ideas.
The rotten hierarchy will soon be visible to investors. Don't think the RSU or option can reach the price they promised to you.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.
Fire the current ones and promote the great engineers to management.
