• Free lunch, PlayStation (won't get time to play), GKO travel and accommodation (pretty luxurious).
• One part of the engineering still seems to be doing well with a good environment.

• Very toxic management.
• Cannot question decisions, solutions, or architecture handed down from the top level and have to accept them.
• Have to take full blame for failures, even when they happened because of a handed-down decision.
• Awful work-life balance with no reward or recognition.
• Highly driven by fear and politics; management seems vengeful and vindictive.
• The platform is not self-serve, so there are not many interesting problems of scale.
• Seen too many smart people have the worst time, even though they gave their all and eventually left.
• Surveys are not anonymous, and responses will have repercussions.
• Not a very inclusive environment.
• Have to constantly sell yourself and step over others, or else you will get crushed.

Please address the source of toxicity and the reason for such high turnover.
