Interesting projects and great co-workers, overshadowed by toxic management
- Good compensation package, snacks, smart coworkers, travel opportunity, interesting projects
- Not remote friendly, no work-life balance.
- Management is extremely toxic.
- Fire and hire culture. Management announces to the company that 20% of staff will underperform (basically, just get ready to be fired).
- IPO is no longer worth it for new starters.
What can I say? Turnover at ROKT is high because of unwarranted firings, forced redundancies, PIPs, etc. This is killing morale. Please solve the issues coming all the way from the top.
