Applied online. Got a phone call from a recruiter. The first round was programming; I got the result the next day. After two weeks, four rounds of interviews (three technical and one behavioral) were scheduled. The interviews were average, but the recruiter never shared the result even after I reached out.
Looks like Roku has a bunch of cowardly recruiters.
