Senior QA Engineer Interview Experience - Austin, Texas
Process
I applied online at roku.com.
It took Roku about two months to call me after I submitted my application, but once they called me back, everything went really fast.
I had a phone screen with the recruiter one day and a phone screen with an engineer the next day.
Within a couple of days from the first phone call, I was at the Roku office for an onsite interview. The entire interview took about three hours.
I interviewed with:
- The QA Team Leader and other members of the QA team
- A Senior Software Engineer.
Questions
They asked me about my skills and experience.
They also asked me how I would test various products and features. It was pretty much the kinds of questions I would expect for a QA position.
They also gave me a short IQ test that was kind of fun.
