One of the worst experiences ever.

It took six rounds of interviews covering problem-solving, system design, coding, and team fitment, among other areas, over a period of almost three months. There were multiple delays in interview scheduling, and interviewers did not show up at the last minute without informing anyone.

After clearing all rounds, they gave an excuse that my 60-day notice period was too high and that they were looking for someone who could join immediately.

There was no regard or respect for the candidate's time and effort.

In hindsight, it looks like I dodged a bullet. If this is how the company culture treats people, then it's a good thing I didn't join.
