A Roku direct recruiter contacted me, presumably after finding my email through LinkedIn.
I went through an initial technical screening via HackerRank, followed by a virtual on-site a week later. The on-site comprised a series of one-on-one Zoom interviews with various team members, leads, and hiring managers, interspersed with technical code challenges.
They moved pretty fast. The recruiter kept me updated throughout the process, and they asked for my verbal offer agreement within a week of the on-site, followed by an official offer letter. Compensation was discussed during the verbal offer.
The offer was very good. I actually felt bad that I had to decline because of competing offers.
How would you design a multithreaded message queue?
