Process
Four interviews were conducted, each lasting 45 minutes.
Two of the interviews were technical, and two were conversational.
I was contacted the next day, and Roku was quick to provide an offer.
I don't know what else to write to meet the 30-word minimum.
Questions
I can't remember the technical question, but I was pleased it was not a puzzle question or one that relied on insight or previous experience. The interviewers were more interested in how I approached the problem and communicated my approach and solution.

2. Good package.
3. Awesome colleagues!!

Cons: 1. High health insurance premium.
2. Increasing workload and not able to hire enough qualified engineers.

Pros: I normally don't do reviews, but I was compelled to given the suspicious amount of good reviews that have been pouring in lately. Recruiting/HR shills?
Pros?
Well, there is a good amount of employee talent. One of the most diverse groups of individuals I've had the pleasure to work with. The free snacks are plentiful as well. Interesting problems and a fun product in a hot space at the moment.
Cons: * No salary reviews, bonus, and a heavily diluted stock. Health plan(s) weren't that good and were costly to employees.
* Kind of a 'too little, too late' story for Roku. If this were 2012, I'd be more optimistic. But now with Amazon, Google, and Apple in the fray, it's time to cue up the swan song.
* IPO? More management by stick and carrot. If I had a dime for every time I heard the word "IPO."

Pros: Fun to work with other high-performing people who enjoy their work.
Culture similar to Netflix's "Freedom & Responsibility".
No fuss with pointless reviews.
Cons: No training.
You have to be able to teach yourself and get up to speed quickly.
