Process
I went through an interview process with Roku, a scheduled two-day virtual site visit. The process was well-structured on the first day. However, the interviewer scheduled for day two did not show up.
I followed up with the recruiter, and a day later, I was informed they were not moving forward without any clear feedback.
This was disappointing, not just because of the rejection, but because of the lack of professionalism in how the process was handled.
