HR screening with follow-ups

First HR screening was done, and after that, it was assigned to the tech HR, who will guide through the process. The next round will be the Hiring Manager round (the one who is hiring for the position).

HR explained about the company and described the job role.

Next was the hiring manager, where I was asked about my introduction, my day-to-day activities, and my role in the team. They also asked about challenges I faced and, at last, one scenario-based question.

It was an easy process, but I'm not sure why my profile was not forwarded.
