Process
Two different technical recruiters from Roku emailed me multiple times regarding an opening. I scheduled an interview with one, and he called me in the middle of his jogging (or at least, that's how it seemed to me). After explaining the 'next steps,' he totally ghosted me. I never heard anything from them again. I am appalled at how Roku handled interviews.

Pros: 1. Good product
2. Quite a good learning environment
3. Helpful team members
4. Non-technical benefits like:
* Quite good pay compared to other companies
* Flexible timings
* Free lunches regularly (Austin office doesn't provide it every day)
* Free snacks etc.
Cons: 1. Technical documentation is lacking, however the situation is improving.
2. The company is growing fast. There is a lot of knowledge among people, but it's not in documentation. This makes it difficult to bring up new hires. However, people are helpful, and so far, it has worked nicely.
3. The process is thin, which is good and bad at the same time.

Pros: All the members of the team are very helpful when you come across a problem. Nice working space.
Cons: Not many cons. There may not be much work for an intern. Just help the senior developers develop some tools.
