Pros

You can learn a lot if you like doing monkey work when it comes to testing.

Cons

Poor training of employees.

Managers are unqualified and will tell you anything to keep you quiet while sticking a knife in your back.

There are no internal promotions. They will hire less qualified employees for senior positions instead of promoting within, or they will make junior positions do senior-level work without promotions.

You are lied to from the beginning concerning pay raises, promotions, stock, etc.

HR does not care if you are harassed and allows a hostile work environment to exist.

Bottom line: this company does not care about you as they claim, and they will break laws right and left. Watch your back.

Upper management will and has fired employees because they do not like to hear that they are wrong.

Advice to Management

Do what is right.

Restructure HR to follow the law.

Have proper management in place instead of "I'm your buddy, make me a manager."

Your mistreatment of employees will be your downfall, and it is coming. People are tired of the way they are treated.
