Smart people. Decent benefits. Good working practices (in theory). Good products with great potential. Lots happening.

It felt like working at another company rather than Roku, as most of them worked together and bought their own culture. The behavior of some individuals was bad, e.g., feeling like being watched, mistakes being deliberately highlighted in front of other people. It felt hierarchical at times. Not a safe environment to be different. Stuck in their ways. You will be stabbed in the back if certain individuals don't like you.

There is a complete contrast between people who have worked there for more than 5 years and those who have joined in the last 5 years. The quality of hires in management appears to have dropped.
