Fast, rewarding, but not for everyone
Co-workers, access to technology, fast-paced, initial culture was great.
Desire to offshore work.
Some managers don't have a lot of social interaction with their teams.
Diversity on steroids; some of which is certainly pro, but overall, they are just marginalizing the rest instead of including the former.
Culture overall has suffered as a result of it constantly trying to brand itself as employee-friendly while systemically putting profit above employees.
