People are screened, interviewed, and hired, and are subsequently regarded as subject matter experts in their respective areas.

Roku truly does employ the best in the industry. We really do have very intelligent folks working here, and that frankly makes it fun and exciting in and of itself.

The compensation is above average, and the perks and team spirit are excellent.

Some folks might consider the benefits to be a little lackluster, but Roku pays for that in direct compensation, which I have never personally had an issue with.

In my humble opinion, there are no downsides to working for Roku.
