Roku recruiters will tell lies about company salary reviews twice a year. I have been here for 3 years, but I have received no salary hike. When I asked my manager for a salary review, he said the stock is already high, so you won't get a hike, even though my manager told me I did an excellent job every year. My manager never had a salary review meeting with me.
