- Bad management.
- Not a great place for women engineers. Please stay away if you have goals to advance.
- Feels like a playground for only white and Indian men.
- Bad culture (worse than having no culture).
- Due to jobs moving to India/offshore, there are more layoffs and politics in the US.
- Bad working environment.
- Improve transparency.
- Think about how to encourage people to grow and feel like they are part of something good.
- Have a process for people to advance in their career goals. Currently, there is no accountability, and it feels like the Wild West. We are in the 21st century; we can do better.
