I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
The interview process was pretty straightforward for me. There is one coding challenge (LeetCode easy-medium), and then I went straight to talking with the CTO. At that point, I wanted to talk with more people inside the company, so I actually requested an extra round talking with someone who spent more than four years with the company. I learned quite a lot from that talk, and then got more impressed by the talk with the CEO later. So I decided to accept the offer.
