The Runway team was extremely diligent with the interview process, promptly responding about schedules and the interview process. The interview process is on the intensive side compared with multiple assignments and interview sessions -- really shows how they curate their team. I definitely advise to ask them questions to understand their processes and way of thinking. Overall, their people's team is strong in terms of making sure the candidate is the right fit.
