The initial coding challenge are two variation of the sliding window problems, which I saw something like that previously but did not get the O(n) solution. I finished the problem, but runtime is too slow (not O(n)).

Pros: This company truly cares about its customers/employees, and it is clear from day 1. It really does feel like a huge family.
The tech stack is with the times and presents lots of opportunities for growth.
Open communication is heavily encouraged.
Cons: Things take some time to get done. This is mainly because the company is large, and we need to go through lots of bureaucratic hoops related to security, legal, etc.
