Good benefits package:
* Mercado Pago budget for food and purchases, with a monthly cap
* OSDE 410
* Phone with line
* Good offices
Remote work compatible in some positions and roles.
Cons: Very disorganized.
Constant changes in global priorities.
Very focused on selling Artificial Intelligence or any other current trend to boost stock prices (at one point it was Remote Work and being 100% digital with quality work and personal life as a priority, now Work from Office, 100% performance speed, etc., with everyone passing responsibilities to each other).
Very exposed to restructuring and layoffs. Too focused on the stock market and new trends, constantly changing short-term decisions.
