Process
I had two interviews:
- Director
- Senior level employee
Each took about 45 minutes to 1 hour. The experience was very professional, and at the same time, it maintained a friendly atmosphere. Instead of having me blabber about whatever I knew (which was the case with other companies), they ushered me into a conversational interview. They would ask a general question and then drill down into details in a "ping pong" dialogue.
