• Scheduling the interviews was straightforward.

Technical Phone Interview:

I have conducted over 70 interviews at my previous employer, which is a much larger tech firm than SF. I know I nailed the interview and was very confident in how I performed.

However, a couple of days later, when I received feedback from the recruiter, he stated they were not moving forward. When I asked why, he mentioned that although they liked my DevOps experience (which is the position I applied for), they were hoping for some incident response experience as well. I informed the recruiter that the interviewer never asked about anything related to incident response. I would have been more than happy to share my incident response experience, as I have years of it, but I was never asked about it or anything related to it.
