I applied online, and two months later, a recruiter dropped me an email and wanted to have a call about an hour later. The recruiter then requested to switch to Google Meet during the call, which was a bit awkward.

One week later, someone arranged a peer interview with me. The recruiter then ghosted. I am okay to receive a thank-you email, but not like this.

In general, the recruiting process was terrible and extremely slow. I will avoid any Salesforce-related positions in the future.
