Cons: Political, treats people as resources not humans, lack of empathy.

Pros: Great work-life balance; interesting and challenging work. A fast-paced and still growing company. Marc Benioff is a visionary.
Cons: Too much ohana and political correctness. People are trigger-happy to report, escalate, and take advantage.
No real performance management. I could easily see 25% of my team being let go as underperforming.
