Worst experience, pathetic HR personnel.

Rounds:

• HR Round: General discussion.
• Hiring Manager: Intro cum lot of technical screening questions (in-depth Linux, networking, shell, Python, scenario troubleshooting). Overall, a great discussion with a positive response.
• Tech2: Core technical discussion on CI/CD and 3 scenarios based troubleshooting steps.
• HackerRank 90-min test: Quite moderate to easy; all done (DB, Python, and multiple-choice tech).
• Tech4: Technical discussion (positive).

Unprofessional HR: Took over 10 days to respond after a call and follow-up, then scheduled a 6th round.

• Tech5: Python code writing. Was able to do it and got a positive response from the interviewer; he was quite happy with my solution and code.

Again, HR paused for 14+ days. I sent 3 email follow-ups and made 2 calls.

Again, when I called, HR said it was negative without much detail. Then, on the 17th day, he sent an email (when I insisted). This is very unprofessional behavior from an HR department at such a big company. Positive or negative outcomes are part of life, but proper feedback and reasons should be communicated after taking 35+ days and 5+ rounds.
