The Salesforce recruiting team is very professional and responsive. It is the best I have experienced so far during my job-seeking journey.

I was already in other companies' onsite interview loops (FB, Amazon, and the like) when I started my application to Salesforce's engineer position. The recruiter and the hiring manager were very accommodating and got my informational, tech screen, and onsite scheduled and done in less than two weeks.

The recruiter was so responsive. I usually got a reply from her within an hour.

The onsite interview was exhausting:

• One round of project experience.
• One round of coding (two medium).
• Lunch with the hiring manager (behavior and culture fit).
• One round of system design.
• The final round is code (medium) plus system design.

I would recommend good sleep before the interview day and ordering something simple and light for lunch. Don't forget you still have two rounds after lunch; a heavy meal definitely impacts brain function afterward.
