Lead Software Engineer Interview Experience - San Francisco, California
Process
Well, I had so many interviews with the top companies, and this one was one of the best in terms of fairness and interviewers' attitude. One nice thing was that even the directors are hands-on people, so it makes absolute sense to discuss an algorithm or design in depth with them. In terms of feedback promptness, Salesforce is the best. It takes only 1-2 business days for them to come up with the outcome and next stage.
