The process lasted several months, before and after a hiring freeze.
I had three one-on-one interviews:
- First, with an internal recruiter to establish a baseline interest and understanding of their process.
- Second and third were with team leadership.
Finally, I had a panel interview/presentation based off a prompt I was given, to discuss and present a solution.
