A long process. First phase involves multiple phone screens, often separated by up to 2 weeks. In these, they discuss your past experience, explain the role to you, and also ask you technical questions. Second phase, they ask you to complete a task, such as creating a Visualforce page with certain attributes. They give you a few days to do this, but it can be quite tough if you have never used the Salesforce platform before. They then went through my solution and asked me about aspects that could be improved upon. Final phase is an onsite interview with senior managers and team members. This seems to be mainly about gauging whether you would be a good fit for the team/culture. Overall, a thorough but enjoyable process.
